A traditional Hoodoo (African-American Folk Magick) oil, Van Van is a powerful all-purpose oil used either alone or in conjunction with other oils to enhance the success of any spell work or ritual, to bring luck, offer protection and ward against evil.
This particular oil is based on a traditional Hoodoo recipe which includes a blend of palmarosa, citronella and lemongrass essential oils in a base of olive oil. Use Van Van oil to dress candles, in a bath, applied directly to the body, to dedicate or consecrate your ritual tools, as an altar oil, in a floor wash, or in whatever way best suits your individual practices, preferences and intentions.
All oil blends are diluted to 5%, which means they are safe to use directly on the skin and in the bath. However, it is advisable to dab a small amount of the oil on the inside of your arm where your elbow bends to test for any reaction or sensitivity first.
