For hot tea, steep 3-5 grams of tea in 10 ounces of hot water, add honey or your sweetener of choice and enjoy.
For iced tea, bring 20 ounces of water to a boil and pour into a mason jar or pitcher. Add 20 grams of loose tea and let steep 30-60 minutes. Add sweetener to taste and let cool. Refrigerate when cool and serve with ice.
