This kit includes everything you need for an effective Esbat full moon ritual bath. Esbat baths are good for connecting with the energies of the full moon, prior to conducting a Drawing Down The Moon ritual, or prior to conducting any moon related spells or rituals.
This kit includes:
- A vial of Mystic Moon bath salts made with sea salt, Epsom salts, jasmine flowers and lotus leaf and petals
- One cone Mystic Moon incense
- 5 ml bottle of full moon oil made with vanilla, jasmine and rose essential oils in a base of olive oil
- A White Mystic Moon tealight candle topped with electroplate moonstone crystal chips
- A moonstone crystal
Please remove the crystal chips from the top of your candle before lighting.
How you use the items in your kit is entirely up to you, but here are some suggestions:
Start running the water for your bath. If you'd like, you could add some salt to help cleanse and clear your energies. Add the salts to the bath water while it fills. Add as much of the oil to the bath water as you'd like, but you might want to save some to anoint your body with after your bath.
You can place the crystal on the ledge of your tub, hold it in your hands or add it directly to the tub.
Get ready for your bath by taking a few minutes to ground and center your energies and to quiet your mind. Light the candle and the incense, calling in and connecting with the energies of the moon and the Goddess herself. Get into the tub and thank the herbs for opening up your heart, mind and energy field and connecting you with the cycles of the moon. Calm your mind and take time to meditate. Rest and relax, allowing the herbs, candle, crystals and incense to do their job. Spend as much time as you'd like soaking in the positive vibes.
When you're done, imagine all the negativity that was drawn out of your body going down the drain to be transmuted into something positive and useful by Mother Earth. Anoint your body with any remaining oil.
