Shipping Policy

We strive to create a shipping label for your order and have it ready to be sent out within 24 hours of placing your order. Should your order be delayed on our end for any reason we will notify you by email within 24 hours of the delay and the reason for it. 

Shipping times are being significantly impacted by COVID-19 and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed by either Canada Post or USPS. Patience is key while we accept that we are all doing the best we can in these trying times.

We offer free shipping within Canada and $5 flat rate shipping within the continental US. Please check our shipping rates at checkout for other options, including expedited shipping services.
