Smoke cleansing has been practiced throughout the centuries and around the world to cleanse and purify a sacred space with the use of various herbs and techniques.

Many different herbs can be used in a smoke cleansing practice including rosemary, cedar, lavender, juniper, sweetgrass and more to rid an area, object or person of negative energies, to call in higher beings such as Angels or Spirit Guides, to bless a home and to bring peace and calm in times of conflict and stress.

White sage (Salvia Apiana) is an excellent herb to burn to cleanse an area, person or object of negative energies and to purify a sacred space. Simply light the end of a smudge stick and once it starts to burn, wave your hand over it to put any flames out and allow it to smoke, using a feather or your hand to waft the smoke around while allowing the ashes to fall into the abalone shell.

Cleanse your sacred space, altar tools, divination tools and even yourself whenever you feel the energies are heavy, or you can conduct cleansing rituals in accordance with the moon phases or on special occasions such as the equinoxes, solstices or other important dates and times.

This kit comes with one 4-inch smudge stick, a large 12 to 15 cm abalone shell, a large citrine crystal point, a rose quartz crystal and a palo santo stick.

Citrine is known as the crystal of abundance as it's energies draw in prosperity, wealth and abundance while rose quartz opens the heart chakra and attracts helpful, supportive and loving energies.

Palo Santo translates to mean "Holy Wood" and comes from trees native to South America. Burn palo santo on a charcoal disc to raise the vibrations of an area, to help bring peace and tranquility and to bless your home and sacred space.
